All Good in the Hood Checklist

Protein filled brekfast - devoured!
Fruit snacks - snacked on!
Lunchtime walk - actioned!
Evening pilates - 25 mins of my my muscles being stretched!
Blueberry smoothie for tomorrow's brekfast - blended!
Tuna salad for tomorrow's lunch - in the fridge and ready!

I love it when a plan comes together :)
